Khobez with Tomato Scrambled Eggs and Cream Cheese Spread

• • Cut the khobez flatbread in quarters, open each quarter partly and spread Puck Cream Cheese along the edges.
  • Fold the khobez to create a cone, using the cream cheese as glue.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, add finely sliced green onions and cook for a minute
  • Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the egg batter to the pan. Mix gently with the tomato sauce.
  • Continue to stir as the eggs scramble. Once the eggs are cooked, remove the pan from the heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the khobez cones with menemen and garnish with curly lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
