Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams (gm) PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 150 Grams (gm) Smoked Salmon, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill, Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Zest of Lime, Finely grated
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper, Freshly ground, to taste
  • 4 Lebanese Cucumbers, Large

  • 1 Handful Dill, To garnish

Fold together the PUCK Cream Cheese Spread, smoked salmon, chopped dill and lime zest until combined. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Trim the ends off the cucumbers and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Using a melon baller, scoop out the seeds and flesh to make “cups”.

Spoon the salmon mixture into the cucumber cups and garnish with dill sprigs. Serve immediately.
