This rich chocolate sauce can be made in a matter of minutes. Perfect served with fresh fruit.
Place the cream in a medium size heatproof glass bowl. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream.
Melt the chocolate and cream together in a microwave on low power, in one-minute bursts, stirring in between. Alternatively, place the bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Serve the sauce warm over fruit or with ice cream. The sauce can be kept up to 1 week in the refrigerator and reheated before serving
