This rich chocolate sauce can be made in a matter of minutes. Perfect served with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

- Place the cream in a medium size heatproof glass bowl. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream.
- Melt the chocolate and cream together in a microwave on low power, in one-minute bursts, stirring in between. Alternatively, place the bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Serve the sauce warm over fruit or with ice cream. The sauce can be kept up to 1 week in the refrigerator and reheated before serving
