Chapatti bread with cream cheese, chicken strips and vegetables

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Cut into strips
  • 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 Red Onion, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger, Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin, Ground
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, Sliced
  • 1 Green Chilli, Slices (Optional)
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric, powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander, Ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin, Ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili powder, Optional

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Mix to combine.

Add the chicken strips and coat well on both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook the chicken strips until browned well on all sides. Remove the chicken strips and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili powder and ground cumin. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the carrot and pepper Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.

Add the chicken strips to the pan and stir well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Spread PUCK Cream Cheese on the bread.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of the chicken and vegetables mixture. Serve.
