Puck Squeeze is the perfect filling for a delicious Beehive Cake
Mix the flour, oil, sugar, salt and yoghurt in a big bowl.
Knead the batter until smooth
Dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm water with a sprinkle of sugar and when it starts bubbling add in the dough and mix well, adding more warm water if needed
Let the dough rest for two hours and then wet your hands with oil and take a small piece of the dough and stuff it with cheese then roll it to the shape of a ball
Repeat the process to form as many dough balls as you wish to be in the beehive cake
Place the stuffed balls in a large pan next to each other
Let them rest for 15 minutes then bake on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the balls are puffy and golden brown in colour
