5 easy breakfast wraps

5 easy breakfast wraps

Wraps are quick and easy to make, and the best part is they make everyone happy, as every family member can get to choose their favorite filling. This means that you won't have to deal with the quarreling between your kids at 6 am on school mornings! A win-win situation in our book. To help you up your wrap game we have a few tips and 5 recipes for you

Tip 1: The wrapping

Pita bread and tortilla are our go-to for a quick and easy wrap, but you don't have to use bread every time. Try lettuce wraps for a colorful, refreshing and healthy twist on your favorite sandwich.

Tip 2: To Toast or not to toast

If you can't decide between a wrap and a panini, try toasting your wraps. The added color and crunch will take your wraps to a whole new level.

Tip 3: Savory or sweet

To keep things interesting, try adding fruit, a drizzle of honey, maple syrup or some jam to your morning wrap. You don't have to take the savory route every time!

Tip 4: Wrap the wrap!

To add a fun twist to your wrap, try using wrapping paper with different designs. A wrap with cool comics on it is sure to get your kids extra points during the school lunch break!

Below, you'll find 5 wrap recipe ideas that we hope you'll try out and add to your morning routine.

Blueberry, cream cheese and honey wrap

Blueberries and cheese is a match made in heaven, and it would be a shame to only enjoy it in a cheesecake! For an easier (and less guilty!) option, try the combination in a wrap! You get the same flavor notes but at a fraction of the calories.

Use your favorite bread and add a layer of Puck cheese. Top with blueberries and a drizzle of honey (add some lemon zest if you are feeling adventurous, you can thank us later). Enjoy!

Tuna, avocado and cheese

A tuna wrap does not have to drown in mayonnaise to be tasty! Try adding Puck cheese for creaminess, a few slices of avocado for a pop of color and richness, and a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten everything up. The result will blow your taste buds away.

Pizza wrap

A portable, cheesy pizza for breakfast – what's not to love?

Spread Puck cream cheese on your favorite base, and top with pepperoni. Drizzle on some marinara sauce and sprinkle a few basil leaves on top. Enjoy your meal (or 'buon appetito' as you would say in Italy)!

Scrambled eggs wrap

Eggs are loaded with healthy nutrients, but if your kids don't have the time (or the desire!) to enjoy their eggs in the morning the old-fashioned way, try serving the eggs in a wrap. It's portable, fun and less messy!

Simply cook your scrambled eggs to your liking. Spread a layer of cream cheese on your favorite wrap, add a few baby spinach leaves and scoop on your scrambled eggs. Roll and enjoy!

Turkey and Cream Cheese Wrap

A turkey sandwich is brilliant on its own, but with an added layer of cheese and crispy fresh lettuce, you'll discover a whole new level of brilliance!

Spread Puck cream cheese on your favorite base, and top with lettuce or mixed greens. Arrange your turkey slices on top, and – you guessed it – roll and enjoy!
