You are half asleep, and you face your kid’s empty breakfast plate. You want to prepare something healthy, filling and nutritious, yet at the same time, you want it to be appealing enough for your kid to actually eat it!

In this series of recipes, Puck comes to the rescue with 3 ingredients breakfast recipes that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes. And the best part is: Your kids will love them!

Apple Donuts

First, let's start by winning the kids over with the name! Tell your kids you've prepared apple donuts for breakfast and they will surely give it a try. And when they do, they will fall in love after the first bite!

The juicy sweetness of the apples is perfectly balanced by the rich and creamy peanut butter and Puck cheese combo. The granola adds crunch, nuttiness and a hint of cinnamon that beautifully compliments the apples and ties everything together. As an added bonus, these no bake donuts are a snap to make. As there is no kneading or dough involved, making them takes less than 10 minutes!

Start by mixing Puck cheese with peanut butter. Thinly slice the apples and spread a little of the mix over each slice. Finish off by crumbling some granola on the top, and breakfast is served!

You can also pack these in your kids' lunch boxes or serve them as an after-school snack. To keep things interesting, you can also change up the toppings (mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, coconut shreds, melted chocolate, etc. The possibilities are endless!)

Vegetables with Dip

You can win extra points by allowing your kids to help preparing them. All you need is:

  • Puff pastry
