You are half asleep, you face your kid’s empty breakfast plate. You want to prepare something healthy, filling and nutritious, yet at the same time, you want it to be appealing enough for your kid to actually eat it!
In this series of recipes, Puck comes to the rescue with 3 ingredients breakfast recipes that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes and the best part is: your kids will love them!

First, let's start by winning the kids over with the name!
Tell your kids you've prepared apple donuts for breakfast and they will at least give it a try! And when they do, they will fall in love after the first bite! The juicy sweetness of the apples is perfectly balanced by the rich and creamy peanut butter and Puck cheese combo. The granola adds crunch, nuttiness and a hint of cinnamon that beautifully compliments the apples and ties everything together.
As an added bonus, these no bake donuts are a snap to make, no kneading or dough involved! And they are ready in less than 10 minutes!
All you have to do is to mix Puck cheese with the peanut butter. Thinly slice the apples and spread a little of the mix over each slice. Finish off by crumbling some granola on the top and breakfast is served!
You can also pack these in your kids' lunch boxes or serve them as an after-school snack. To keep things interesting, you can also change up the toppings (mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, coconut shreds, melted chocolate, etc. The possibilities are endless!)
 
Vegetables with Dip

Paired with a cup of tea and a few slices of your favorite vegetables, they make for a wonderful breakfast, one that does not require you to spend half the day in the kitchen. You can also win extra points by allowing the kids to help in preparing these. All you need is:

Your favorite add on: try chopped parsley, pitted olives or simply leave them plain with Puck's creamy goodness to enjoy
Simply fill each puff pastry square with some cheese, fold in half and seal with a fork. Then off to the oven for 10 minutes and your crunchy, buttery creation is ready to be enjoyed!
