Ingredients
- 1 Packet of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 White onion, chopped
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3-4 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup PUCK Cooking Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Corn flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon dry thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Step
1- In a sauce pan, add some olive oil and toss in the mushrooms and garlic. Stir till mushrooms are almost browned and its water evaporated. Stir in the onions till translucent
Step
2- Add the chicken stock and bring to boil for 5-6 mins then add in the cream and dried thyme and bring to boil for 1-2 mins
Step
3- Add corn flour to 1/4 cup water, mix well then add to soup for thick consistency. Let it simmer for 5 mins. Salt and pepper to taste
