Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 White onion, chopped
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3-4 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup PUCK Cooking Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon dry thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Step

In a sauce pan, add some olive oil and toss in the mushrooms and garlic. Stir till mushrooms are almost browned and its water evaporated. Stir in the onions till translucent

Add the chicken stock and bring to boil for 5-6 mins then add in the cream and dried thyme and bring to boil for 1-2 mins

Add corn flour to 1/4 cup water, mix well then add to soup for thick consistency. Let it simmer for 5 mins. Salt and pepper to taste
