Puck Cheese and Mushroom Omelette makes a perfect breakfast full of flavors

  • 2 Tbsp. Puck cream cheese
  • 3 Pieces Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Mushroom, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 Piece Chopped tomato, to serve
  • 2 Sprigs Green onion, to serve

Instructions

Step

Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat well using a fork

Add the butter and oil in a pan on a high heat

When the butter melts, fry the mushroom with and a pinch of salt and pepper until golden

Turn down the heat down and add the egg mix, moving the pan in a circular movement to spread the mix evenly

When the omelette begins to thicken, add the cheese Once the bottom of the omelette turns golden brown, turn off the heat, remove the pan and slide the omelette to a plate

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with tomato and green onion
