  • 1 Piece Zucchini
  • 1 Piece Mushrooms
  • 1 Piece Eggplant
  • 1 Piece Bell pepper, red, yellow, green
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Oil, vegetables
  • 1 Teaspoon Yeast, instant
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 100 Grams (gm) PUCK Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Olives

Cut the vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, bell pepper

Mix water and flour into a bowl. Then add vegetable oil, instant yeast, sugar and salt then mix well to create the dough

Spread the dough with the rolling pin

Add Puck shredded mozzarella cheese to the edges of the dough to make the stuffing and bend the edges of the dough on top and inwards.

Spread tomato sauce onto the dough surface then spread the Puck shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the tomato sauce

Add the zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, bell pepper, and black olives on top

Insert the pizza into the oven to bake for 15 minutes

Take the pizza out of the oven and serve hot
