Burgers with cheese, cold cuts meat and coleslaw

• • Prepare the slaw: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and lime juice. Add carrots, cabbage and mix well. Season with pepper.
  • Assemble the burger: cut the bun in halves, spread a layer of cheese on each side. Put the turkey meat on top of the base bun, add 1-2 tbsp of slaw then put 3-4 folded pieces of beef cold cuts. Top with the upper bun.
