  • 4 Buns, Burger
  • PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 8-12 Pieces Beef, cold cuts
  • 8-12 Pieces Turkey, cold cuts
  • 2 Carrot, Julienned
  • 1/2 Cabbage, small, thinly shredded
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tablespoons Puck Cream cheese spread
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Pepper, to taste

Prepare the slaw: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and lime juice. Add carrots, cabbage and mix well. Season with pepper.

Assemble the burger: cut the bun in halves, spread a layer of cheese on each side. Put the turkey meat on top of the base bun, add 1-2 tbsp of slaw then put 3-4 folded pieces of beef cold cuts. Top with the upper bun.
